The Top Four Things That Will Kill Your Brand
I would like to go over the top four (or five) agency killers (in case you have not seen me ramble about these before) again.
Rising Customer Acquisition Costs
Inability to Increase Lifetime Value
Low Conversions
Lack of Market Expansion
It is always the same story, without exception.
And the fifth (bonus) brand killer is:

These Four Brand Killers Have Nothing To Do With Specific Revenue Numbers
The important thing to understand here, is that these agency killers are not directly associated with revenue whatsoever.
They are completely independent.
If you are generating $100,000+/month you are facing this. If you are generating $1 Million+/month you are facing this as well.
These problems plague brands of all sizes just as much as those first starting out.
There are 8-Figure brands that YOU know of that leave millions on the table and destroy enterprise value because they face these 4 issues.
It happens all of the time.
But you can only operate like this for so long before you get destroyed.
At any revenue level, you will reach a ceiling because you have not solved each of these problems.

We have all been there. I know I have. I remember many times throughout my life the number one thing holding me back was ego/arrogance in the sense that I thought I knew more about the thing that I actually did.
You can lie to others (if you want), but there is nothing more damaging than lying to yourself.
