  1. Leverage Personalities or a Strong Creator to Represent Your Brand.

In today's case study, the featured brand consistently presents a relatable face, allowing viewers to form a connection with the creator.

This doesn't necessarily mean collaborating with an influencer boasting a massive following.

Instead, partner with someone who is articulate on camera and can produce daily content. If you're a founder, consider stepping into this role yourself!

  1. Create Viral Offers and Bundles.

To make your brand's TikTok Shop experience feel unique, I recommend crafting a special offer.

This rebranding positioned the brand to capture attention on social media, and Alpha Prime executed this strategy flawlessly.

In the era of TikTok, the significance of showcasing the faces behind a brand has become increasingly clear.

It's about building relationships with customers on a personal level, as people tend to buy from individuals, not faceless companies.

Prime Bites has embraced this concept by collaborating with two creators to represent the brand.

The TikTok feed is primarily managed by Alpha Prime's Marketing Director, Bianca Anastasio, who has set a high standard for impactful, creator-led content.

Bianca actively responds to comments, addresses customer objections, and engages with the audience, embodying the brand's target demographic.

Her efforts are a key factor in the success of the rebrand, as she excels at fostering relationships at scale with the Gen Z audience that Prime Bites aims to attract.

Prime Bites initially collaborated with a high volume of small creators to sell their brownies through the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center.

For those unfamiliar, TikTok Shop allows brands to partner directly with creators on the platform and offer attractive commissions.

As time passed, an increasing number of creators began promoting the products.

Eventually, even prominent influencers like Mikayla Nogueira Hawken, a makeup influencer with an impressive 15.5 million TikTok followers, started selling the brownies – a remarkable achievement!
