Does your agency hate scaling?
It's like watching someone refuse a free bucket of gold.
Last week I talked to a brand that was crushing it with their ads.
A 3X+ return on ad spend... but their agency wouldn't scale up.
Let that sink in for a moment.
The brand was literally printing money.
For every dollar they spent, three came back.
And their agency just... sat there.
Here's the kicker - the agency's fees were tied to ad spend.
The more the client spent, the more they made.
(Which is a totally broken pricing model, in my opinion lol)
But here's what really grinds my gears...
This isn't some rare unicorn situation.
I see it ALL THE TIME.
Agencies playing it safer than a bubble-wrapped turtle.
Maybe they're scared of breaking something that works.
Maybe they don't know how to scale properly.
Or maybe they just enjoy leaving piles of cash on the table.
