I spent some time breaking down their million dollar marketing funnel.

Here’s what they’re executing at a high level:

  1. Strong Frontend Offers (Even on a high-priced product)

Most CPG brands struggle to make paid acquisition work with low AOV.

Masa is flipping that with aggressive frontend bundles:

→ Buy 6 bags, get 4 free

→ 20% off 4 bags

→ Buy 5, get 3 free

They’re testing multiple AOV structures and letting the data drive the scaling decisions.

Clear villain in the story.

Their ads hammer home:

→ Seed oils

→ Processed ingredients

→ Low-quality manufacturing

Positioning themselves as the better alternative, not just “another snack.”

  1. Relentless Creative Testing

At the time I checked, 270+ active ads running.

They aren’t running 1-2 winners for months.

They’re constantly feeding the algorithm new angles, hooks, and content.

  1. Solid Retention Systems

Acquisition is only half the game.

Masa has strong backend systems to:

→ Maximize LTV

→ Drive reorders

→ Increase gross lifetime profit

Retention gives them the margin confidence to acquire aggressively on the frontend.
