We just wrapped up with a long-term client.

We just wrapped up with a long-term client.

And honestly, it’s a win.

When they came to us over a year ago, they were dealing with bloated ad spend and declining margins.

Our mission was clear: fix the bottom line without tanking top-line growth.

And we did exactly that.

We restructured their paid and email strategy to improve profitability, maintain revenue, and give them the breathing room to operate again.

Now they’re in a new season:

Aggressive growth.

That requires a team with deep content infrastructure.

Larger studio, built-in talent, tighter creative ops.

I respect the hell out of that.

And while we’ve built strong in-house capabilities…

We know that side of the business still needs to level up.

We’ll continue supporting them on the email side.

And I’m proud of the foundation we laid together.

Takeaways from this transition:

→ Great partnerships evolve. What gets you here won’t get you there.

→ There’s a difference between losing a client and passing the baton.

→ Founders who think long-term? Win long-term.

No hard feelings.

No resentment.

Just gratitude for the chapter and clarity for what’s next.
