Here’s the 10-day warm-up we run across accounts in October.
Core Rule: Earn the right to go wide. Start tight, expand as engagement climbs.
Day-by-Day
Days 1–3: Send to 14-day clickers only. Aim: 60–80% opens, 4–8% CTR.
Days 4–6: Expand to 30-day click OR 14-day open.
Days 7–10: Expand to 60–90 day engaged, exclude chronic bouncers/spam complainers.

1 SMS/week: “behind-the-scenes” or list-only perk tease.
Health Targets
Open rate ≥ 45–50% while warming. If <40%, tighten the segment.
Spam complaints <0.1%; bounce <2%.
