Your flows should be making you more profit.

If your flows are only welcome + abandoned cart, you’re leaving money on the table.

Patrick from TVG again.

When I jump into a 7/8 Figure Klaviyo account, one of the first things I look at is the split between campaign revenue and flow revenue.

Oftentimes, I’ll see campaigns making up 95% of the revenue, while flows are at 5% or less. That just sticks out like a sore thumb.

Your campaigns are your timely pushes: sales, new product drops, content.

But your flows are your automated engine. They should be working for you 24/7, meeting customers where they are in their journey.

Over time, we want to see a 50/50 split between campaign and flow revenue.

If your flows aren’t pulling their weight, it’s an immediate unlock for growth.

So, here’s what I’d recommend.

Go look at your flow performance. Are they active? Are they converting? Do you have more than just the basic welcome and abandoned cart flows?

If not, that’s your biggest priority.

Getting those flows up to par is the fastest way to add a layer of automated, predictable revenue to your business without having to send another campaign.

We’ll talk more about which flows to build next.
